DispensIT
Vivitech’s Dispens-IT software is designed for use within dispensing GP surgeries.
Its primary function is to help eliminate human error in the dispensary by making use of the barcodes that now appear on almost every item.
MARS-IT
MARS-IT is an add-on module for Dispens-IT, allowing dispensers to create Medication Administration Record Sheets and Dossett/Insert documents for use with Nursing Homes and Surgeries. It can print sheets directly to A4 or A5 Paper.
STOCK-IT
Stock-IT is an add-on module for Dispens-IT, allowing dispensers to scan in their stock and add notes to alert the dispenser to potential split packs or controlled drug procedure. Be accurate in dispensing and in control of dispensary stock.
Receipt-IT
Receipt-IT is an easy way to generate an invoice for chargeable procedures. Simply select the patient (or input the name), select the procedure or examination from the list provided and Receipt-IT will automatically generate an invoice for that patient. Receipt-IT will also maintain a database of all invoices generated in a history file for your interrogation or for reprinting at any time.
