Designed for small to medium scale production lines handling components through staged processes, this system provides the means to generate a variety of production reports.

Using hand-held wireless barcode scanners, the progress of each item (or batch) is logged to a central data store, from which a complete production snapshot can be built at any time.  This includes inventory of part-finished stock, scrap counts for each operation, floor-to-floor cycle times and so on.  In fact, once the information is being gathered, the ideas for querying it tend to multiply - with each one often  resulting in cost savings or improved efficiency.
